Borton Apartments · Yakima
Borton Apartments is on UBG's own project list: three storeys of house-wrap and bare timber gables, then lap siding, trim and stone in the finished colours. Offices, retail spaces, apartments and facilities are painted on a schedule that keeps the property running.
The finish schedule
The crew comes by, samples your colours on the real surface and works through them with you before a gallon is opened. Then it is prep, coats and a clean site when the crew leaves each afternoon.
Proper surface preparation and premium coating, so the finish stands up to the valley's sun and winters. One customer was sure his siding and trim needed replacing; careful prep saved every board.
Exterior painting →
From colour selection to flawless execution, with furniture moved and covered and rooms left clean each day.
Interior painting →
From refreshes to full transformations. In a 1928 kitchen the crew kept the countertops and backsplash and still fit a new oversized sink, a built-in microwave and recessed lighting, where other contractors said it would take a full remodel.

Look for the lettered van
UBG's van and pickups carry the company name, Uriel's number and the Washington contractor licence, parked at the finished job. The owner checks in on the work, and a foreman is on site every day.
“Other contractors said it couldn’t be done without a full remodel, but Uriel, Porfirio, and Daniel found a way to make everything fit with solid construction and a design that flows naturally!”
