Commercial Painting

Reliable commercial painting for offices, retail spaces, apartments and facilities, done efficiently and professionally while keeping your operations on schedule.

Chapter 01

Offices, retail, apartments and facilities

UBG paints the buildings people work in and live in: offices, retail spaces, apartments and facilities. A commercial wall is not a bigger house wall. It has a tenant behind it, an opening date or a lease turn in front of it, and a property manager who needs to know what happens on which day.

The clearest picture of that range is on UBG's own project list. Borton Apartments in Yakima appears twice in the gallery, once in house-wrap and bare timber gables and once finished in tan and grey lap siding, white trim and a stone base. Same three storeys, two very different days.

Whatever the building, the work starts the same way as a house: surfaces get looked at before they get coated, and the estimate is free.

Keeping the operation running

UBG's own description of commercial work comes down to one promise: high-impact results while "keeping your operations on schedule". Their services page credits "professional scheduling execution" as part of why homeowners, builders and property managers hire them.

In practice that means a building is painted in a sequence, area by area, so a lobby, a stair or a corridor is not tied up longer than it has to be. Tell the crew when a space has to be open, which areas stay in use and who on your side makes the calls, and the schedule gets built around that.

Clear communication is the third leg of the crew's own triad, with craftsmanship and execution. For a property manager that is the part that saves phone calls.

Chapter 03

Multiple crews, one standard

UBG's own gallery copy credits multiple crews and efficient systems for handling projects of all sizes.

Logan Wilson, who flips houses and has worked with several contractors, writes that "Uriel and Omar have their crew dialed in", and that they are "renovating a commercial space for my future office". Builders and property managers are the people UBG says it earns repeat trust from.

The same standard shows up on new construction. UBG's gallery captions one of its model homes "Quality that shows Day or Night", which is the right test for any painted surface: it has to hold up in morning light, under fixtures and at dusk.
