Renovations
Craftsmanship that transforms, from refreshes to full transformations, with thoughtful execution and quality work you can trust from start to finish.
Chapter 01
Start by asking what can stay
Most renovation advice starts with what to tear out. UBG starts with what already works. A countertop in good shape, a backsplash you like, a layout that only needs one wall opened up: each one kept is money and mess you do not have to spend.
That is the difference between a refresh and a full transformation, and UBG takes on both. The first visit is about your list, what is solid, and which items on it really do force a bigger job. The estimate is free.

Repairs as design features
A renovation always turns up repairs: drywall that needs patching, trim that has to be matched, a floor edge that stops in the wrong place. Cheri Donnelly wrote that Uriel "gave me ideas for turning repairs into design features", which is the habit of a crew that looks at a problem and asks what it could become.
The same crew paints, stains and finishes, so the repair and the finish are planned together. UBG's gallery lists staining, drywall and renovation projects side by side, and its Central Washington Home Builders Association listing covers full home remodeling and renovation as well as painting services.
Speed matters when a house is on the market. Realtor Samantha Ramirez wrote that Uriel explained the work and gave a prompt quote, and that "They were able to get the work completed the same week".
Chapter 03
One crew from bones to finish
UBG is a Builder member of the Central Washington Home Builders Association, and a licensed Washington contractor.
That is why one crew can carry a job from the structure through to the last coat. Nobody hands your kitchen to a separate painter at the end and hopes the two schedules line up.
Cheri Donnelly trusted the crew "not to add in any surprise costs", and the Big Dirty kitchen in UBG's gallery, with stained timber beams and two islands, shows what that finishing looks like. Washington L&I contractor licence UBGLLL*801MG is on the van, on the register and on this page.

Other contractors saw a tear-out. This crew saw a kitchen that could stay.
Cheri Donnelly has hired contractors to remodel or renovate four kitchens. In her 1928 house she wanted to keep her countertops and backsplashes, and she also wanted a new oversized composite granite sink, a built-in over-the-range microwave and new recessed lighting.
“Other contractors said it couldn’t be done without a full remodel, but Uriel, Porfirio, and Daniel found a way to make everything fit with solid construction and a design that flows naturally!”
She added that Porfirio and Daniel left the kitchen and the rest of her home spotless, and that she was delighted to have saved money by not ripping out her whole kitchen. The sink, the microwave and the lighting went in. The countertops stayed.
